Q: How do I care for my Pickle Princess Vintage Blanket?
A: All materials are pre-washed. To care for wash in cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Do not iron, do not bleach. Blankets are
made with a variety of 100% cotton chenille, 100% polyester minky, chenille and 100% polyester fleece lining.

Q: How do I care for my Burp Cloths?
A: To care for the burp cloths machine wash in warm water, tumble dry low. The burps are made from 100% cotton, shrinkage
is normal.

Q: Is there something special about the vintage materials in the blanket?
A: Pickle Princess designers scour various cities searching for the softest most unique materials that will make each blanket
one of a kind. This is what makes each blanket special.

Q: Why do I see flaws or imperfections in the material?
A: Due to the nature of the vintage textiles, some materials have imperfections. Here at Pickle Princess we consider this to be
part of the character of the materials and these flaws are not considered to be defective. If you feel you have materials that have
more character than you are comfortable with please contact us at customerservice@pickleprincess.com.

Q: How long will it take to receive a custom burp cloth order?
A: It will take 10-14 business days to ship a personalized order. Special arrangements can be made for a rush order. Please
contact us for further details at info@pickleprincess.com.

Q: May I return a custom order?
A: No, custom, personalized orders cannot be returned. If you have any questions regarding a specific order please contact
customerservice@pickleprincess.com

Q: What is Pickle Princess’ return policy?
A: We are proud of our product line and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your
order please contact us directly and we will authorize a return or exchange (less shipping). Returned items must be unused, in
the original condition and packaging. You must contact Pickle Princess for an authorization code within 7 days of receipt of the
item if you’d like to return. Please contact us at orders@pickleprincess.com or (714) 974-7160 for details regarding the return
process. Please note custom, personalized orders cannot be returned.

Q: How do I return my products?
A: You must contact Pickle Princess for an authorization code within 7 days of receipt of the item you’d like to return.  Once an
authorization code has been received you may return the items using the shipping carrier most convenient for you. If you do not
have your original invoice, please send a letter with your authorization code and your merchandise with the following information:

Action to be taken upon return

Q: How long until I receive my products?
A: The order process takes 5-7 business days. Each order will be processed as quickly as possible for products ordered
without personalization.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Pickle Princess orders are shipped via the following
•  UPS Ground – 5-10 business days
•  UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 days
•  UPS 3 day Select – 3 days
•  UPS Next Day Air – Next day
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes

Q: How are shipping and handling surcharges calculated?
A: All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart based on merchandise weight for each delivery address.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes, please contact sales@pickleprincess.com for information regarding wholesale pricing and terms. Please include your
name, company and contact information.

Q: What is the availability of the one of a kind blankets?
A: Each of our signature Pickle Princess and Pickle Prince blankets are one of a kind. As a result, the products listed are unique
and may be the only one of its kind. Although the blanket you receive may not be exactly what you see in the picture it will have
similar qualities in color and fabrics. This exclusivity is what makes the Pickle Princess line special. Rest assured your blanket
is as unique as the baby who will be using it.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: All information gathered by PicklePrincess.com through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed,
shared or sold. The information will solely be used to process your order and deliver goods in a timely manner. Please contact
